REFUND/RETURN POLICY

At Vedagya Cure, we value your trust and aim to provide you with the best quality Ayurvedic products. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

You have received a wrong product.

The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.

The product is missing from your order.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.

2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Requests after 7 days will not be eligible.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, sealed, and with all labels intact.

Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In case of prepaid orders, refunds will reflect in your bank/wallet depending on your payment provider’s timeline.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only possible for the same product in case of damage or defects.

If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or tampered products.

Personal care products (like oils, creams, supplements) once unsealed.

Items purchased under special discounts, clearance sales, or promotions.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the shipping charges.
